Meet the Illustrator of Marcie Gill

More about my first children’s book, Marcie Gill and the Caravan Park Cat, coming in November!

It’s a magical story full of fun, family, friendship and adventure, for readers aged 9+, featuring gorgeous illustrations by award-winning South Australian artist Danny Snell, pictured here. Danny grew up in Adelaide and has been working as an illustrator for nearly 20 years, freelancing for newspapers, magazines, design studios and publishers. He likes to work in a variety of media, but says he has ‘a soft spot for acrylics’. I love how Danny has brought Marcie, George the cat and all my characters to life, as you can see in this sneak preview selection.
